As Part of the last release, the dashboard links changed so that admins can set the links to only appear for users in certain groups, see guide here. As part of this release we have added filtering to the dashboard link page so that the following is clear at a glance;

  • If a Dashboard Link is shown to all users then the Dashboard Link in the list has an 'All Users' tag.
  • If a Dashboard Link is shown to a single group then the Dashboard Link in the list will show a tag with the name of the Group.
  • If a Dashboard Link is show to multiple groups then the Dashboard Link in the list will show a tag with the number of groups.
  • Ability to filter the list by Group Name which will show the Dashboard Links that are shown to that Group.

We have made some changes to how Azure SSO admins can add/edit users so that they will be able to batch edit users without needing the username of the users and batch adding users to groups without needing the usernames.
