Once the event is live, users can book onto it through on their account. Upon approval it will transfer into their Active Events.

They will then have the option to add the event onto their Outlook Calendar by selecting the Add to Outlook Calendar on the event in question. A calendar invite will download into their browser and the learner can add the event onto their Outlook Calendar. If this event is hosted via Teams or Zoom, a link for this will be embedded in the email that is sent to learners, so they can select the link in the email to join the event on the day.

Please note if you make any changes to the event, for example changing the date or time of the event, learners and facilitators booked onto the event will be notified via email and a new Outlook calendar invite will be sent to the event participants and facilitators.
