Each Event or Event Part has an optional waiting list. This is so you can manage who attends what session.

To manage your waiting list, navigate into the event and select the 'Waiting List' tab. 

Here you can see any users who are currently on the waiting list. You can Add Users from the 'Add Users' button.

For each user on the list you have the following options:

  • Delete, this will remove them from the waiting list.
  • Reorder, you position their order in the waiting list, by either moving them to the top, bottom or to a specific position.
  • Add to session, move the user to any available session. 
  • Edit requested sessions, if the user requested any specific sessions, you can make amends and update them.
  • History, you can review the history of any user related to this Event.

You can access these options using the ellipsis (⋮) button for each user. Delete, Reorder and Add to Session can also be carried out as a batch action.

If a space becomes available on the event, all learners on the waiting list will be notified via email of the open space and can book themselves onto the event. The space will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
