Reports you create are only visible by you. If you wish for other LMS Admins or those users with the Admin permission to manage reports to see any report you have created you can share it with them.
- From the reporting toolbar, select 'Share', this will launch the sharing light box. You may be prompted to save the report if any changes have been made.
- If you wish for all LMS Admins to view the report, you can select 'All Admin Users'.
- Otherwise, you can select from the list of Admins for your Enable LMS. You can filter or scroll to find the users you need.
- Once you have made your selection, select 'Share' and the report will be visible for the users you selected. They will only have read-only access to this report.
You can also remove access to a report by opening up the 'Share' lightbox and selecting the 'X' next to a users name.
