Maximum File Upload Sizes
When adding content to your Enable LMS, the system will accept the following maximum file sizes. If you wish to add a larger file, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
- SCORM – 200MB
- Video – 500MB
- Document – 75MB
- Evidence (Audit and Job Roles) – 75MB
- Images (Enable LMS logo, content cover images) – 1MB
- Audio (Assignments) – 500MB
- Certificate Backdrop - 500MB

Image Sizes
While the Enable LMS can accept any image size for best results, resize them to ;768x432px or a ratio of 16:9.
Certificate Background
Certificates are designed to be printed at A4. They can be either landscape or portrait. For best results resize your backdrop to 1406x1988px and have at least 170ppi with a maximum of 500MB.
