Each user in your Enable LMS will have their own user profile. From this profile you can view and manage them.
To access a user's profile, navigate to the Active Users list and select the user you wish to view.
The User profile is made up of two columns. The first column covers the activity of the user. This is shown in sections relating to their activity. . The second column has the actions you can do for the user.
Sections
The profile is made up of the following sections:
- Details
- Learning
- Audit
- Groups
- Calendar and Events
- Awards
- Assignments
- Staff
What sections are shown will relate to what functionality you have enabled for your Enable LMS.
For each of the sections, you can see the five latest items. You can also navigate to see more with the "View All" for each section, which will take you to a page which details all of the items for that section.
Actions
As LMS Admin, you have the following actions on the user profile:
- Message user
- Change user details
- Add to Groups
- Allocate Learning
- Allocate Job Roles
- Manage Line Managers
