If you have Self-Registration enabled for your Enable LMS, you will see your pending user accounts here.

For each pending user request you will see:

  • First and last name
  • Email Address
  • Group selection (if applicable)

From this list you can review each request and either approve or deny it. You can do this by:

  • Selecting the additional options on each item and selecting either approve or deny. 
  • Selecting the checkbox for each user request and using a batch action to approve or deny all of them.

If a user has entered a group which does not exist, you can select on the pending request and associate a group to them.

Once you have approved or denied a learner request, they will be notified of the next steps via email.
