If you have Self-Registration enabled for your Enable LMS, you will see your pending user accounts here.
For each pending user request you will see:
- First and last name
- Email Address
- Group selection (if applicable)
From this list you can review each request and either approve or deny it. You can do this by:
- Selecting the additional options on each item and selecting either approve or deny.
- Selecting the checkbox for each user request and using a batch action to approve or deny all of them.
If a user has entered a group which does not exist, you can select on the pending request and associate a group to them.
Once you have approved or denied a learner request, they will be notified of the next steps via email.
