Learners are not able to share accounts under one email address on our system. Each learner will need their own unique email address in order to take our online training. If you put multiple learners on one email address, the system cannot recognise each individual learner and all the certificates will appear with the same name upon completion. The names on the certificates cannot be changed once it has been finalised.
